A: If you are having trouble, the first thing to check is that are trying to run Skyfire on a currently supported phone. Also, please make sure you are on the most recent release of Skyfire. Our Skyfire forum is a great resource for issues that other users might have reported with solution often available. Additionally if you are based in USA, Canada or the UK, then feel free to contact support.
Q: I have checked the FAQ and I still need help with Skyfire. What should I do?
A: A great resource is our Skyfire Forum. There you will find many tips and solutions to issues reported by other users. If you are a Skyfire user on a supported phone living in a region where Skyfire is officially launched, you can go to www.skyfire.com/support/form/ to submit a Skyfire User Support ticket.
Q: I found a bug. Where can I report it?
A: We actively use our Skyfire User Forum to collect feedback and stay in touch with our community, thus this is the best place to start. You can search by keyword to see if your question has already been answered or your bug is reported. If not, you can post your own question.
